Residents of Vallejo need to have a list of most needed phone numbers to post on their refrigerator door for when they don't have the time or knowledge of where to contact services for their home or personal needs. For examples, police, fire, poison control, suicide prevention, emergency rooms, emergency veterinarians, garbage service, water and electric utilities, department of motor vehicles, Smog test stations, thrift stores, markets, etc.
