Who's Listening

Felicia is an Assistant to the City Manager in the City Manager's Office. She has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Cal State East Bay and a Masters in Human Resource Management from USC.  Felicia started her career working as an intern with the City of Redwood City for the Fire Department and Public Works.  She joined the City of Vallejo in March 2020 after working at the County of San Mateo for the past 7 years in the Human Services Agency and Human Resources Department. She is lovin' the City of Vallejo and the Vallejo community!
