Help Count, Vallejo! - 2026 Point-In-Time Count Volunteer Request

The 2026 Solano County Point In Time (PIT) is scheduled to take place on January 29, 2026. The PIT Count is part of the nationwide initiative to provide a snapshot of the number and demographics of those experiencing homelessness, based on the definition provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. This is a requirement by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to be conducted every other year.

This count provides data that is used to determine funding from the State and Federal Government to help provide better programs and services to people experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

The City of Vallejo and Solano County are looking for volunteers to help conduct the 2026 PIT Count.
