Vallejo Navigation Center

THE VALLEJO NAVIGATION CENTER IS OPENED!
Individuals will be referred to the Navigation Center through the Coordinated Entry System, which for Solano County is Resource Connect Solano (RCS). To be referred you must have an active profile, which can be done by calling 2-1-1 anytime day or night to do a coordinated entry assessment, or by connecting directly with RCS at rcs@caminar.org or 707.652.7311.
The Vallejo Navigation Center is a "one-stop-shop" that provides services and shelter critical to helping address homelessness. The center offers 125 shelter beds and provides individual case management, connecting people to social, and medical services to those experiencing homelessness. Participants will also have access to job training and be assisted in becoming prepared to secure and sustain permanent housing. The center will serve approximately 200 people annually.
