Cycle 8 Vote Survey Data

Hello wonderful community members!

Participatory Budgeting has constructed an easy to follow visual which showcases the results of both the online and paper surveys, which are essential to understanding the demographic in which we strive to serve and include throughout the planning and implementation process in participatory budgeting. We are happy to announce that we are seeing an improvement in overall participation from community members and have received feedback from 1,553 Vallejo members. Of the participating members, we have a significantly larger response from our online platform than the traditional paper route. It is to be noted that our online responses primarily came from citizens aged 40+. Understanding the demographics of our community is essential in understanding the wants and needs of this community. Please continue to support us in our efforts and I hope this update finds you all in good spirits.
