City Council Highlights

In addition to a full agenda, the City Council took time on September 8 to recognize National Hispanic Heritage Month and approved resolutions to install commemorative plaques honoring Pearl Pinson and to designate an Honorary Street Sign for Andre “Mac Dre” Hicks. The final planning and installation of plaques and street signs will take place over the next several weeks, and the City will share more once the plans are finalized.
