On July 15th, Stephanie Sifuentes, the Human Resources Director for the City of Vallejo, delivered an energetic and engaging session for the Citizens Academy. She kept attendees captivated as she described how her team works to keep the City staffed and the challenges they navigate along the way. As the final class of the year, it proved to be one of the most memorable and enjoyable sessions yet.
