• District 2: One vacancy for a four-year term beginning on the date of appointment. Applicants must reside in District 2.
• District 3: One vacancy for a four-year term beginning on the date of appointment. Applicant must reside in District 3
• Youth Alternate: One at-large vacancy for a two-year term beginning on the date of appointment
